Publish your tasting sessions on a public page; guests reserve their spot themselves and you manage the whole list from one panel — no phone calls, no paper sign-up sheet, no overbooking. Works for restaurants and wine shops alike.

Create a session once; the public page fills your seats and your list stays accurate on its own.
Set up each tasting — date, seats, price and a description — and watch sign-ups arrive. The seat count updates live, so you never oversell a session.

Share the link. Visitors see the upcoming tastings, pick one and sign up — with the number of seats left shown honestly, in their own language.

Set the date, seats, price and description.
Put it on your site, socials and in the venue.
The list fills up in your panel — just show up and pour.
They open your page, see the sessions with places left, and register from their phone. No account needed.
You set the places per session and sign-ups stop there. Guests can send a registration but can never read anyone else's — the public page is allowed to write and nothing more.
You set a price and collect it on the day. The tool manages places and the attendee list, not card payments — we would rather be clear about that before you buy.
Yes, with names and contacts, ready to print for the door.
Yes. The description takes whichever languages your visitors read.
Yes. A weekly Thursday tasting is set up as its own sessions rather than retyped every week.
You update the sign-up and the place goes back. No mental arithmetic on the morning of the event.
Yes — a session people reach only by the link you send them.
EUR 5 per month. It is included both in the Restaurant suite at EUR 15 and in the Wine shop suite at EUR 13.
You export it — every session and everyone who came.
Yes, and it is a fair part of what we do. If one of these is close but not quite what your work needs, we can shape it around you — a field you actually use, a step your day really has — or build something that does not exist yet. Write to us and say what is missing; if we think you are better off with something that already exists, we will tell you that too, even though it means not selling you anything.
Your guests already can. You add the languages you sell in and write the wine names, descriptions and e-label text in each, so a visitor reads the page in their own language. The admin panel you work in is English, Italian, Romanian or Greek; if you need the panel in another language, ask and we will do it for you.
Tell us about your events and we'll set up BlueTasting for you.
