Track every label, vintage and format in one place. Load bottles when you produce, unload when you sell or ship — each with a reason — and get a heads-up before a wine runs out.

Every movement in and out is recorded with a reason, so the number you see is the number on the shelf.
Add stock when you bottle, remove it when you sell or ship, each movement tagged with a reason. The panel shows real counts per label, vintage and format.

When a batch is bottled in BlueCraft, its bottles land in your stock automatically. And when someone reserves a wine in BlueShop, the count goes down on its own — no double entry.

Finished bottles: each reference — label, vintage, format — with how many you hold and every movement in and out.
Yes. Stock is the result of movements, not a number someone typed over. You can see what came in, what went out and when.
Yes. Each reference carries a minimum threshold and falls below it visibly, before a customer finds out for you.
Where the movement happens inside the ecosystem, yes: a cellar-door reservation or a fulfilled trade order takes bottles out, and bottling a lot in BlueCraft puts them in. Everything else you record yourself.
The movement goes but the stock level is not recalculated backwards, and it warns you about exactly that before you do it.
No. This is your warehouse; it has no public page and no anonymous access.
They are two sides of the same thing: BlueStock is the producer's warehouse, BlueShelf is the shop's catalogue for customers.
Yes, from a spreadsheet, including your last stocktake.
EUR 6 per month. In the Winery suite at EUR 33 a month it comes with six other winery tools.
You export it, movement history included.
Yes, and it is a fair part of what we do. If one of these is close but not quite what your work needs, we can shape it around you — a field you actually use, a step your day really has — or build something that does not exist yet. Write to us and say what is missing; if we think you are better off with something that already exists, we will tell you that too, even though it means not selling you anything.
Your guests already can. You add the languages you sell in and write the wine names, descriptions and e-label text in each, so a visitor reads the page in their own language. The admin panel you work in is English, Italian, Romanian or Greek; if you need the panel in another language, ask and we will do it for you.
Tell us about your wines and we'll set up BlueStock for you.
