Keep a private profile for each regular: what they love, what they avoid, their allergies and what they ordered last time. Your team greets them by taste — a quiet edge that makes service feel personal. Staff only, no public page.

A private notebook only your team sees, so anyone on shift can serve like they've known the guest for years.
Note tastes, favourite styles, allergies and past orders. Next time they visit, your team opens the profile and recommends with confidence.

The waiter who took the note tonight isn't the one serving next week — but the profile is the same. Everyone on shift can give the regular the welcome they expect.

Add the guest and note their tastes and allergies.
Add what they ordered and enjoyed after each visit.
Open the profile and recommend the perfect bottle.
Your regulars: what they drank, what they liked, what they would rather avoid, allergies, the table they prefer. What a good sommelier remembers and a busy Saturday erases.
No. No points, no cards. It is a memory of your guests for the moment they sit down and you want to suggest the right bottle.
Yes, that is the point: the guest is remembered by the restaurant, not only by whoever served them last time.
No, deliberately. These are personal notes about identifiable people, so there is no public page and no anonymous access to them at all.
You are holding personal data about your customers, so they can ask what you hold and ask you to delete it. Export and delete are there for exactly that, and we can sign a data processing agreement.
Yes, on the guest's card. Written down beforehand beats remembered at the table.
Yes, from a spreadsheet, if you keep one.
Yes, if you have BlueCellar — so a suggestion comes from wines you actually have today.
EUR 4 per month. In the Restaurant suite at EUR 15 a month it comes with the wine list, by the glass and tastings.
You export it and we delete our copy. Your guests are yours.
Yes, and it is a fair part of what we do. If one of these is close but not quite what your work needs, we can shape it around you — a field you actually use, a step your day really has — or build something that does not exist yet. Write to us and say what is missing; if we think you are better off with something that already exists, we will tell you that too, even though it means not selling you anything.
Your guests already can. You add the languages you sell in and write the wine names, descriptions and e-label text in each, so a visitor reads the page in their own language. The admin panel you work in is English, Italian, Romanian or Greek; if you need the panel in another language, ask and we will do it for you.
Tell us about your guests and we'll set up BlueSommelier for you.
