Show your wines online; guests reserve the bottles they want and collect them at the winery, paying on pickup. No shipping to set up, no online payment — and every reservation lowers your stock automatically.

You publish your bottles; guests reserve; the count updates so you never promise a wine you don't have.
Choose which wines to show, with photos and prices. Reservations arrive in your panel with the customer and the bottles, ready to prepare for pickup.

Visitors browse your wines, add the bottles they want and reserve for pickup — no account, no payment online. They pay when they come to collect.

Add photos, prices and how many are available.
They pick bottles and choose to collect at the winery.
Reservations arrive in your panel; prepare them and get paid on pickup.
Customers browse your wines online, reserve what they want, and pay when they collect at the cellar. Reserve and collect, not an online shop.
Because shipping wine across borders brings duties, licences and paperwork that differ by country. Collection at the cellar avoids all of it. If you need shipping one day, that is a real project rather than a setting.
It can. Each bottle on the page may be linked to a BlueStock reference, and then a reservation also takes the bottles off your warehouse count. The link is optional.

Yes. Library bottles you would rather not sell publicly simply stay off the page.
Yes. Bottle names and descriptions take whichever languages you add.
No. They reserve with a name and a contact detail.
Same idea, different side of the counter: BlueShop is the winery selling its own wines, BlueShelf is a wine shop's catalogue.
EUR 7 per month. In the Winery suite at EUR 33 a month it comes with six other winery tools.
You export them, customers included.
Yes, and it is a fair part of what we do. If one of these is close but not quite what your work needs, we can shape it around you — a field you actually use, a step your day really has — or build something that does not exist yet. Write to us and say what is missing; if we think you are better off with something that already exists, we will tell you that too, even though it means not selling you anything.
Your guests already can. You add the languages you sell in and write the wine names, descriptions and e-label text in each, so a visitor reads the page in their own language. The admin panel you work in is English, Italian, Romanian or Greek; if you need the panel in another language, ask and we will do it for you.
Tell us about your wines and we'll set up BlueShop for you.
