Since December 2023, every bottle sold in the EU must show ingredients and nutrition digitally. BlueLabel gives each wine a QR code that opens a clean, multilingual e-label — and lets you manage it all from one simple panel.

EU Regulation 2021/2117 requires the full ingredient list and nutrition declaration for wine. Fitting it all on paper is impossible — the e-label is the way the EU itself points to. BlueLabel makes it a five-minute job.
From your panel you fill in a simple form per wine — no design tools, no code. BlueLabel turns it into a compliant e-label automatically.

Print one QR code on the back label. Anyone who scans it opens the e-label on their phone — clear, fast, in their own language, with nothing to install.

Each wine gets a permanent, unique QR address. Fix a typo, add a language or change anything on the e-label afterwards — the printed bottles keep working, years from now.
The QR points to a fixed ID that redirects to the live e-label — so the link outlives any change behind it.
Correct an ingredient or add a market's language anytime. No reprinting, no wasted labels.
Add each country's translation once; the buyer automatically sees theirs.
Fill in ingredients, nutrition, ABV and allergens in the panel — once per label.
BlueLabel generates the permanent QR. Send it to your label printer as-is.
Every scan opens the up-to-date e-label. Update the content whenever you need.
EU Regulation 2021/2117 requires wine sold in the European Union to provide ingredients and nutrition information, and a QR code on the bottle is the accepted way to give it. If you sell wine in the EU, you need one.
Ingredients, allergens and the nutrition declaration with energy in both kJ and kcal, plus the bottle's own details. That is what the regulation asks for.
The QR does not point straight at the wine page. It points at a short, permanent address of its own, and that address forwards to the page. If the site ever moves, the printed codes keep working — that indirection exists precisely because a printed label cannot be recalled.
Yes. You edit the page from your panel and the printed QR keeps pointing at it. The code itself is fixed at creation and never changes; the content behind it can.
The ones you choose. The regulation expects the information in the language of the country where the bottle is sold, and no two cellars export to the same places, so you pick from a list of about 27 languages and write the text for each. The admin panel itself is in English, Italian, Romanian and Greek.
No. No cookies, no analytics, no visitor log — it is the only module in the ecosystem built under that constraint. An e-label exists to give legally required information, not to profile the person reading it. The page picks a default language from the browser, which requires no consent.
As many as you have. The price is for the account, not per label.
Yes. You download them and send them to your label printer with the rest of the artwork.
EUR 4 per month for all your wines — the lowest price in the ecosystem, because it covers a legal obligation rather than a nice-to-have. In the Winery suite at EUR 33 a month it comes with six other tools.
It produces the pages and the QR codes. What goes on them — your ingredients and your nutrition values — is yours to get right, and the rules are interpreted by your own authority, not by us. We will not tell you a subscription settles a legal obligation.
Talk to us first. QR codes already printed on bottles in circulation need a page to point at, and we are not going to leave bottles on a shelf pointing at nothing without arranging it with you.
Yes, and it is a fair part of what we do. If one of these is close but not quite what your work needs, we can shape it around you — a field you actually use, a step your day really has — or build something that does not exist yet. Write to us and say what is missing; if we think you are better off with something that already exists, we will tell you that too, even though it means not selling you anything.
Your guests already can. You add the languages you sell in and write the wine names, descriptions and e-label text in each, so a visitor reads the page in their own language. The admin panel you work in is English, Italian, Romanian or Greek; if you need the panel in another language, ask and we will do it for you.
Tell us about your wines and we'll set up BlueLabel for you — QR codes ready to print.
