Your team records picking dates, quantities, grape varieties and plots straight from their phone, in the vineyard. Everything becomes one clear history instead of scattered paper notes — ready for the traceability rules coming into force.

The people in the vineyard log each pick; you see the whole harvest come together in the panel.
Set up your plots and grape varieties, then follow the numbers as they come in — totals per plot, per variety, per day.

No paper, no end-of-day transcription. Whoever is picking opens the app on their phone and records the date, quantity, variety and plot in seconds — even with gloves on.

Add your vineyard plots and the grapes you grow.
Your team records date, quantity, variety and plot from the field.
See totals and export the history whenever you need it.
Three things: your plots, the treatments you apply, and what each plot actually yielded at harvest.
Yes, either as simple tiles or as a real geographic map where a plot is drawn as a polygon over the land — useful when plots are scattered and names alone stop being enough.
The product, the dose, the date and the plot, kept in the form the EU treatment record rules expect.
Yes — the real yield per plot, which is the number that tells you whether the season went as planned.
Yes, from a phone. Entries written back at the office that evening are the ones that go missing.
You can list and export treatments by plot and period. Whether that satisfies your own authority is for them to say — requirements differ by country and change, and we are not going to claim a subscription settles it.
No. This is internal farm data with no public page and no anonymous access at all.
Yes, through BlueCraft: fruit from a plot can be followed into the lot it became.
EUR 6 per month. In the Winery suite at EUR 33 a month it comes with six other winery tools.
You export them. These are records you may need for years, so they come out in full.
Yes, and it is a fair part of what we do. If one of these is close but not quite what your work needs, we can shape it around you — a field you actually use, a step your day really has — or build something that does not exist yet. Write to us and say what is missing; if we think you are better off with something that already exists, we will tell you that too, even though it means not selling you anything.
Your guests already can. You add the languages you sell in and write the wine names, descriptions and e-label text in each, so a visitor reads the page in their own language. The admin panel you work in is English, Italian, Romanian or Greek; if you need the panel in another language, ask and we will do it for you.
Tell us about your vineyard and we'll set up BlueHarvest for you.
