Log rackings, blends, treatments and volumes as they happen, in order. When paperwork or an inspection asks where a wine came from, the answer is one click away — not scattered across spreadsheets and notebooks.

You record each cellar operation as it happens; the full lineage of every wine builds itself.
Record every racking, blend and treatment against the batch it affects. Volumes update as you go, so the numbers always add up.

When an inspection or a customer question asks about a wine, open its batch and see everything: where the grapes came from, every operation, and the volume at each step.

Create a batch when grapes come in or a wine begins.
Add each racking, blend and treatment against its batch.
On bottling, the wine flows into BlueStock automatically.
Production in the cellar: your containers, your lots, and the operations you carry out on them, from grape to bottling.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. It is internal traceability that keeps your own records straight and ready when you come to declare. Your legal register stays whatever your country requires.
Yes. There is a cellar map showing containers and how full they are — the whiteboard on the cellar wall, except it does not get wiped by accident.
Yes. Each lot carries the operations performed on it and the vessels it passed through.
Once it reaches bottled you can push those bottles straight into BlueStock as a stock reference, so finished wine stops being a note in the cellar and starts being sellable stock. It asks before it does it.
Yes, with BlueHarvest, so a lot connects to the plot the fruit came from.
No. Production data is internal, with no public page and no anonymous access.
It is built for small and medium cellars. If you run several sites with dozens of staff, tell us before buying and we will say honestly whether it fits.
EUR 9 per month — the highest single price apart from BlueReserve, because it is the largest of the production tools. In the Winery suite at EUR 33 a month it comes with six others.
Yes. Enter the lots as they stand today and carry on.
You export it, lot history included.
Yes, and it is a fair part of what we do. If one of these is close but not quite what your work needs, we can shape it around you — a field you actually use, a step your day really has — or build something that does not exist yet. Write to us and say what is missing; if we think you are better off with something that already exists, we will tell you that too, even though it means not selling you anything.
Your guests already can. You add the languages you sell in and write the wine names, descriptions and e-label text in each, so a visitor reads the page in their own language. The admin panel you work in is English, Italian, Romanian or Greek; if you need the panel in another language, ask and we will do it for you.
Tell us how your cellar works and we'll set up BlueCraft for you.
